Our Story

We’re led by Hollie Whittaker, who has been helping people move into their next home since 2019. Over the years, Hollie has gained extensive experience covering a wide area through roles as Yorkshire Area Director and North-East Regional Manager for nationwide online estate agents. She knows what works - and, more importantly, what matters most to YOU.

Too often, estate agencies focus on profits over people. That’s why we started Block & Brick: to put you first. Here, there are no shortcuts, no false promises - just honest, expert service delivered with a personal touch.

A little about Hollie outside work? She’s a huge dog lover (her two cocker spaniels rule the house) and can rarely be found without a cuppa - two sugars, always!
