Hollie at Block and Brick is currently handling the sale of our property. Block and Brick first caught my eye when I viewed a property being marketed by them. The house wasn't what we were looking for, however the way it was marketed was fabulous and Hollie was really lovely and very politely did some digging as to why we didn't like the house (perfect for the seller!), so when we made the decision to put our house on the market I knew where to go! Owning a newbuild, I hadn't previously dealt with estate agents, and viewing properties for my onward sale, I have found other agents to be disengaged, somewhat incompetent and pushy. They have quite frankly given me a headache and annoyed the hell out of me. That is not Hollie and I'm so glad we found her! Hollie is really friendly and has a fabulous personality- real light up the room energy. Her passion for her business shines through at every interaction. She is patient, understanding, and nothing is ever too much trouble. Our house sold in just 6 days and we have felt in really safe hands throughout our sale. We were really happy with how our house was marketed, the photos and video tour were really impressive, and Hollie goes above and beyond to make sure your property is picture perfect. There is literally not a thing out of place, Hollie will move EVERYTHING, not a black bin in sight or a rogue tea towel dumped on the side on Hollie's watch - this is something I always notice on other pictures now- things they couldn't be bothered to move! The tools Block and Brick have (app, video tours, Hollie are a cut above the rest.) Hollie REALLY knows her stuff, and I have no doubt we will have a smooth completion. Amazing Service Provided to a First Time Buyer

The team at Block & Brick, particularly Hollie, provided an unbelievable service from start to finish when viewing and purchasing my first home.

Being a first time buyer there were a lot of questions and uncertainty surrounding the whole process, but Hollie and the team walked me through every step and answered any questions I had throughout.

I was given regular weekly updates, which as exchange and completion approached, moved to daily updates. Hollie continually chased solicitors and the sellers to make sure everything was moving at the right pace. It really felt like nothing was too much of an ask when dealing with her and the team.
